Is the denim part a separate piece I can remove?
No — it's sewn onto the jacket as one garment. That's the point: you get the layered look without managing two pieces.

Can I wear this with the front closed?
It's designed as an open-front jacket, so it looks best worn open over a top. That relaxed drape is part of the shape.

Will the corduroy hold its shape after a few wears?
Yes. The polyester blend keeps the corduroy smooth and resists the sag you get with softer fabrics. Hang it instead of folding and it stays crisp.

Does it work for petite frames?

OUR RETURN POLICY

At Naturocraftshop.com, we understand that sometimes your dream item doesn't end up being all that dreamy. We'll gladly accept the return or exchange within 30 days from the date the package is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. For the swimwear or lingerie, a return request is accepted only if the hygienic liner is still attached. If the product appears worn, has makeup or other stains, or smells of smoke or perfume, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

How does the exchange process work?

If you'd like to exchange your purchase for a different size or color, or exchange for a completely different item, please send back your original item first, we will then issue store credit to you after receiving your return tracking, and you can go ahead and place a new order for a desired item, the new order will be sent to you with free shipping. However, a refund will be issued if the product of the new order has sold out.

How do I return my item?

Initiate a return by contacting our customer care, then follow our easy steps for a hassle-free return until you receive a return confirmation and request information (returns address).

1. Please review our return policy to be sure your return meets our requirements. Returns that do not meet requirements will not be accepted, and additional postage will be paid to have them returned to you.
2. Pack the unwanted item securely in a box or envelope with a note marked with our Order# included.
3. Mail the parcel to our returns address. We do not cover return shipping costs and strongly recommend using a postal tracking service on any returns.

To smooth the return process, please give us feedback on the return tracking, and allow up to 7 business days for refund processing once your return is received. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued.

Will I get a full refund after sending back the returns?

A refund will only be applied to the amount paid for the products. Any amount paid for shipping on your order will not be refunded.

When will my refund be issued?
To expedite your return process, we would appreciate your providing us with the return tracking information, such as the tracking number or the receipt of the returns. Please allow 7 business days for refund processing once your return is received, but it may take a few more days during busy periods. Once your refund has been issued, please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.

What if my returns pass the 30-day return window?

If the returned package is received after 30 days, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
